Terms & Conditions

March 2026 - English version is for reference only and not contractual!

1. Acceptance

Dropping off a bike constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Quotes

Quotes are estimates and may vary by ±30%. We will contact you before any significant overrun.

If part of the work is declined, only the repairs actually carried out are covered by warranty.

3. No-guarantee repairs

Some repairs are carried out without guarantee of success (heavily worn parts, obsolete components, etc.). You will be informed beforehand. These repairs are still billable even if unsuccessful.

4. Warranty

Warranty covers only the parts and components we have worked on. It excludes:

  • normal wear;
  • damage from misuse or falls;
  • components not inspected during the repair;
  • any issue arising from the client's failure to check the bike before riding.

Always check your bike before riding (brakes, steering, lights).

5. Collection and storage fees

Please collect your bike within 2 working days of our notification (SMS, email or call), starting from when the notification is sent.

After this period, a storage fee of CHF 5.— per working day applies.

6. Unclaimed bikes

If a bike remains unclaimed despite repeated contact attempts, and as a last resort to avoid formal debt collection proceedings and minimise administrative burden, we reserve the right to sell it at the best available price. Proceeds will cover, in order: repair costs, storage fees, then 20% of the remaining balance as a selling fee. Any remaining amount is donated to Pro Velo.

7. Customer account

To track your repairs and benefit from warranty, please create a customer account (first name, last name, phone number).

Without a customer account, warranty is only valid upon presentation of the original receipt.

8. Payment

We reserve the right to request a deposit for ordered parts.

Full payment is due upon collection. Accepted methods: debit/credit card, TWINT, cash.

Invoice payment may be offered to regular clients at our discretion.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the work invoiced. We stay responsible for gross or intent neglect according to Swiss law.

10. Governing law

Swiss law applies — jurisdiction: Canton of Geneva.
